This policy describes how Ignore Inc. ("Ignore", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Ignore mobile application and any related websites or services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service. This typically includes: an account identifier you create, the messages you choose to share with the app for the purpose of learning your reply style, device metadata required to deliver notifications, and basic analytics about how features are used.

You can use Ignore without providing your real name, phone number, or email address. Some optional features may ask for additional information; we will tell you what is needed and why before collecting it.

2. how we use information

We use the information we collect to operate the Service, train an on-device model of your reply style, send the notifications you ask for, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your information.

3. on-device processing

Where possible, Ignore performs language modeling and message understanding on your device. When data must be processed on our servers, we minimize what is sent, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and retain it only for as long as needed for the feature you used.

4. sharing

We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, cloud hosting and crash reporting), when required by law, to protect the safety of users, or with your explicit consent. We never share your private message contents for advertising.

5. your choices

You can review and delete the data Ignore has stored about you from the Settings screen at any time. Deleting your account removes your associated data from our active systems; encrypted backups are rotated out within thirty days.

6. children

Ignore is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means and update the "Last updated" date above.
